Ms. Phan Sopheavy

Biography
Ms. Phan Sopheavy comes from a humble Cambodian family with deep roots in compassion and service. Despite personal health challenges — including a diagnosis of cancer — she has tirelessly dedicated her life to uplifting others. Her unwavering passion for education, equity, and rural development drives Cambodia Tech for Community Development Organization forward every day. Whether she’s organizing community workshops, coordinating school aid, or mentoring youth, Ms. Sopheavy remains a symbol of resilience, leadership, and hope.
Her journey is more than inspiring — it reminds us that true change begins with empathy and courage.
